Innovation Grants Program Technical Assistance

Innovations Round 4

HHREC works with Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services (BHCS) to provide comprehensive Technical Assistance to grantees who are part of the County's ground-breaking Innovation Grants Program. This grant program aims to inspire innovation to transform BHCS' mental health system. Funding for this program comes from the Mental Health Services Act, put into action by Proposition 63 in 2004.

Community Based Learning

HHREC also provides Technical Assistance to support Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services' Community Based Learning(CBL).CBL Trainings are free to Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services (BHCS) systems partners, faith based communities and non-profit organizations that want to improve health outcomes for consumers and family members in the areas of mental health and substance use disorders.
